Sutton Community WorksSutton Community Works is a Christian charity of 15 churches that are working together for the benefit of the community. Our aim is to encourage Christians and Churches to put their Faith into Action for the good of the wider community.
One of their food projects is Sutton Foodbank, which started in Dec 2009 in response to knowing there are some residents struggling with life issues and finances. The Foodbank provides three days of emergency food to clients at one of our three centres. Clients need to be professionally referred by front-line care agencies.
